RE/MAX Real Estate Group congratulates Kate Spiegel for successfully closing over $2.2 million in real estate transactions so far this year. Kate also qualified for the RE/MAX Executive Club for 2012, which honors successful agents nationwide for their high level of sales production. Last year, only 20 percent of all RE/MAX Affiliates nationwide earned this prestigious award. Kate earned the company’s 2011 Individual Top Producer Award, and was #2 in Volume, and #3 in Transactions among Individual Agents at RE/MAX. She also was awarded membership in the RE/MAX 100% Club. Kate has worked as a REALTOR since 2001 and has extensive experience in marketing properties for sale, as evidenced by her total sales volume of more than $5.7 million last year. She makes a donation to Children’s Miracle Network with every home sale, all of which stays in Erie through Saint Vincent Health Center. Kate is an Erie Ambassador, as well as a presale coordinator for Daffodil Days which raises money for the American Cancer Society. She also serves on the Professional Standards Committee of the Greater Erie Board of REALTORS. Kate resides in the Edinboro area with her husband, Steve. They have three grown children, Lindsay, Lee, and Gregg.
